One Barrel Rum Cocktails

 

The Classics

 

MAI TAI

1 1/2 oz. One Barrel Rum

1/2 oz. Orange Curacao

1/2 oz. orgeat syrup (almond syrup)

1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice

splash of simple syrup

splash of grenadine

splash of orange juice

Garnish: Maraschino cherry

Shake ingredients in a boston shaker and strain into an

ice-filled rocks glass.  Add the garnish.

 

THE DAIQUIRI

2 oz. One Barrel Rum

3/4 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice

1/2 oz. simple syrup

Garnish: Lime wedge

Shake ingredients in a boston shaker and strain into a

chilled martini glass.  Add the garnish.

 

LA FLORIDITA DAIQUIRI

2 oz. One Barrel Rum

1 oz. Fresh squeezed lime juice

1/4 oz. Grapefruit juice

1/4 oz. Maraschino liqueur

1/4 oz. simple syrup

Garnish:  Lime wedge

Shake ingredients in a boston shaker and strain

into a chilled martini glass.  Add the garnish.

 

RUM SWIZZLE

1 1/2 oz. One Barrel Rum

1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

1/2 oz. simple syrup

1 tsp. sugar

Top with Sparkling water

Build ingredients in a highball glass with crushed.  Stir, and keep

Adding crushed ice until glass is frosted.  Top with sparkling water.

 

 

 

RUM FIZZ
1 1/2 oz. One Barrel Rum

1/2 oz. Cherry flavored brandy

1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/2 oz. simple syrup

1/2 tsp. sugar

1 egg white

Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Lemon wedge

Separate egg white in a cocktail shaker.  Add ice and remaining ingredients.

Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.  Top with sparkling water. 

Add the garnish.

 

BELIZE” LIBRE

2 oz. One Barrel Rum

splash of fresh squeezed lime juice

Top with Coca-cola

Garnish: Lime Wedge

Build rum and lime juice in an ice-filled highball glass.  Top off with coca-

cola and add the garnish.

 

DARK AND STORMY

2 oz. One Barrel Rum

3 oz. Stewart’s Ginger Beer

Garnish: Lime wedge

Build ingredients in an ice-filled highball glass.  Add the garnish.

 

ONE BARREL PUNCH

1 1/2 oz. One Barrel Rum

1/4 oz. Orange Curacao

1/4 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 oz. simple syrup

1/2 tsp. sugar

Garnish: orange wheel, lemon and lime wedges.

Shake ingredients in a boston shaker and strain into an ice-filled

highball glass.  Add the garnishes.

 

MOJITO

1 1/2 oz. One Barrel Rum

1/2 oz. simple syrup

1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice

3 lime wedges

1 tsp. sugar in the raw              

Top off with sparkling water

Muddle limes, sugar, simple syrup, and lime juice in an ice-filled rocks

glass.  Add the rum and stir gently.  Top off with sparkling water.
